Sincere well wishes go out to CIBS member and past President of the South Skunk Blues Society Dennis Fowble as he recoups from a recent surgery. Dennis has asked me to pass this info on to everyone. He has been diagnosed with lung cancer and had thought they were going to remove his lung last month. But the cancer was entwined around other organs and they could not remove it. He is going to start chemo after a short vacation this month. He would like to thank everyone for their prayers and well wishes. He will keep us updated as he begins treatment.
