CIBS sponsors Kevin Burt at “I’ll Make Me a World”

CIBS sponsors well-known local musician and Blues Educator Kevin ‘BF’ Burt at “I’ll Make Me a World in Iowa.”

Kevin will be presenting workshops during Education Day on Jan. 25 between 9am and 2pm at Hy-Vee Hall. He is recognized as one of the Midwest’s top blues heritage educators, providing his blues education program as a registered artist with the State of Iowa.

Kevin and his band “The Instigators” is a fixture in the Iowa City area and has won the Iowa Blues Challenge. CIBS has helped sponsor a Blues Educator at “I’ll Make Me a World in Iowa” for several years. If you’re downtown Friday, Jan. 25, check it out!”.
