Blues Women Picnic
Blues Women!!!! On Sunday, Sept. 18, this is where all Blues women will want to be! Georgia Helmick will be hosting the 9th annual Blues Women Picnic at her lovely home at 9899 Dakota Trail in Norwalk, going from 3 pm—rain or shine. It is about 4 miles south of Blank Park Zoo just off SW 9th so we can go solo, caravan or car pool.
Bring a hot dish, salad or desert and your choice of beverage. Please RSVP to Georgia at georgiahelmick@aol.com for directions or call her (515-240-7860) or any board member listed on page 2 of the newsletter. And if you forget to RSVP, no biggie!! Just come on over. (Please get directions because GPS doesn’t always work.)
We’ve had a great time the last 8 years-please join us! Next year’s 10th annual picnic will be around the same date-let us know if you would like to be the hostess.
