The Central Iowa Blues Society is honored and grateful to be a recipient of a 2025 Operating Grant from Bravo Greater Des Moines in the amount of $17,565. Grant funding, donations and memberships enable us to work towards our mission of education, preservation and celebration of blues and roots music throughout Iowa.
Bravo’s Operating Grant program provides general operating support to eligible arts, culture and heritage organizations in the Greater Des Moines region. Operating grants support the administrative expenses and day-to-day costs of running an organization which is essential to supporting an organization’s work and mission.
