CIBS founding member Scott Hartung has rescheduled the Scotty & the Wingtips 25 year celebration for Sunday, October 12th from 2 to 6 pm at the VFW Post 9662 at 1309 NE 66th Ave.  The band will be joined by several past members of the Wingtips, including Jon East, Scott Eggleston, Scot Sutherland, Bob Pace, Tom Murphy, Tom Gary, and perhaps others.
